How Find a Company is Registred or not

1. How to find registration of a company:
step1: open www.mca.gov.in
step 2: Click on MCA 21
step 3: Left hand side you can see quick links. Click on Check Company or LLP Name 
step 4: Enter your company name at * Company or LLP Name Edit box (ex xtz company) and Click on Search Button
step 5: If it is registered company you will get all company details including company registration date.

2. How to Find Company PAN and TAN Number to provide Form 16:

step1: open www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
step 2: Go to Left Handside, Services -> Click on Know Your TAN
step 3: select the Category of Deductor as Company
step 4: Select the the State as ( me as Andhra Pradesh or depending upon compnay registered state)
step 5: check the mark for Name
Step 6: Enter the company name
step  7: Enter the  code shown in the figure
Step 8: Click on Submit
Note : A valid Company Should have TAN and PAN and its status should be active

How to find the age of the company or Domain:

step 1: open  www.who.is
step 2: Enter the company URL in the search Bar (ex:www.xyz.com) and click on search button
step 3:
You will get

• Whois
• Website Info
• History
• DNS Records

click on Website info you wil get total information about domain
